1. General Refund Policy
At InstantUnlocker, we strive to deliver successful results for every order. Due to the digital nature of our services, refund eligibility varies depending on the service type and outcome. Please read the details below carefully before placing an order.
2. Eligible for Refund
A refund (credited to your account balance) will be issued in the following cases:
- Service Not Delivered: If we are unable to complete your order within the stated delivery timeframe and no result is provided.
- Duplicate Orders: If the same order was placed and charged more than once due to a system error.
- Wrong Service: If you were charged for a service different from the one you selected (with proof).
- Service Cancellation: If a service is cancelled by the provider before processing begins.
3. Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect IMEI/Information: If you provided incorrect IMEI numbers, serial numbers, or other required details.
- Successfully Completed Orders: Once a service is marked as "Success" and the result has been delivered.
- Policy Violations: If the device was reported lost/stolen after the order was placed.
- Re-lock After Unlock: If a device is re-locked by the carrier after a successful unlock (e.g., due to unpaid bills or insurance claims).
- Third-Party Issues: Issues caused by third-party software, firmware updates, or hardware modifications.
4. Refund Method
- Eligible refunds are credited back to your InstantUnlocker account balance within 1–3 business days.
- Cash refunds to the original payment method are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a processing fee.
- Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable to the original wallet and will only be refunded as account balance.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your account and navigate to Order History.
- Find the order in question and note the Order ID.
- Contact our support team with your Order ID and a description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued. For example, if a service was partially completed or if there was a pricing discrepancy. The amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
7. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our support team. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
